All of our custom apparel is printed through a process known as custom dye-sublimation, which is one of the longest-lasting and most durable fabric printing processes in the industry. This digital printing process utilizes heat to transfer dye onto different kinds of materials.
This process starts with ink that’s composed of solid dye particles, suspended in a water-based liquid. Then, the ink is transferred onto another material that’s like a heat-resistant paper, printed in a reverse image. This heat resistant paper not only accepts the ink but allows it to be transferred to the fabric in the next step of the process.
In this next step, the heat press is used to transfer the image from the paper onto fabric to create the finished product.
